I bought wetwipes from a garage on Maraisburg Road for my 5 month old daughter. The wetwipes were dry and felt like sand paper. I actually still have them. I called Tiger Brands to complain about it. The response I got was brilliant and they sent me vouches to make up for the wetwipes I had bought. My issue is that when I asked where I could use those vouchers I was told at any Spar or Shoprite. I now have the vouchers and I am not able to use it anywhere. I've been to Pick n Pay, Shoprite, Spar and Checkers Hyper and the products available using those vouchers were not even heard about. I am very disappointed that a company so reputable could take me for such a horrible ride.
