Ii has happened twice that I purchased a vodacom sms bundle from Spar Melville that was already used. I already lost over R100 because of this. This time round I thought I'll bring it to the atteniton of the manager who simply replied he has never heard of this and I must take it up with vodacom. Which I did. Who referred me back to the Spar as they have to solve the problem Caught between a rock and a
hard place. How many other people are experiencing this problem and what is to do about it. Do I just accept that I stand a good chance to loose my money or can something be done about this?
