Recently I bought a pair of Adidas running shoes which I was convinced was the best pair for me. When I arrived at the store on the day I was greeted by an enthusiastic, helpful Knowledgeable Gent called Brent. It's not often retail workers are so eager to assist. I did however feel that this attitude was spread amongst the entire team. Eventually I bought my " dream shoes" Unfortunately after a few runs I was injured. This injury unfortunately was set off by the shoes. Eventually after giving up on the shoes I contacted Adidas head office and spoke to Sanchez. Again the same type of service I received in the store. After further guidance Sanchez advised me that the best thing to do was try a different shoe and that I should return it to the store. When I got to the store Brent was there once again with the same attitude. I am so impressed that someone can be so positive at all times. I have worked in retail myself and know that this is one of the challenges we face. I am Officially an Adidas ADICICT . in this case the people is the brand and I like the brand. Now I can get to my brand new Adistar. I have faith that it will perform as well as the staff. THANK YOU!!
