Very poor customer service

I went into Century City PnP and one of your agents Zoleka Manginzi was very rude to me. I wanted to a purchase with my card and she advised that i had to swipe the card and inset the card then she asked me to press yes. I has no idea what i was supposed to press for the yes option. I then asked her to do it for me and get to the point where i add my pin code. She advised that i had to do it as its a new policy that you guys do. I previously had not seen anyone else being asked to do the same. I asked her when the policy came into effect and she said that it didn't matter when, but i just had to do it. She was very rude and even after i kept quiet she kept talking and the other customers behind me were stunned by her behavier. I told her i was going to report her, her attitude was more like bring it on.

When i go into pnp i expect to pic and pay not pic operate the swipe machine and then pay. I had no idea you guys were running self service tills.
