On the 29th January 2013 I e- mail a complain to Shoprite, on the 30th January they mailed me back to let me know that they are busy attending and will investigate the matter. This morning 31th January I received a call from Johan Fourie explaining about the complaint and we sorted it out.
As an unsatisfied customer I accepted John Fourie explanation and the speedy answer to what I needed to know.
