I placed an order with Zando for R700 on Monday the 25th November i got a call on Tuesday to say that the my order will be delivered on Thursday and that i must make sure that i have the correct money, which i had, i called the call centre this morning only to be put on hold for like forever!!! then i called again which the previous guy should have called me back! i called again only to be told by Tammy that they tried to deliver the parcel on the 27th/28th??? how is that possible i was at work everyday all day!!! the delivery service is pathetic i cancelled my order!!! i know that R700 is not a big order and you guys might not mind loosing the sale who knows???
