This morning I bought a KFC cheesy bbq twist. It says so clearly on the slip, however I got a sweet chilli twist, which I cannot eat since I cannot handle the heat hence why I did not order it!! I have had this problem before and just thought it was a mistake but now its again and I have to wonder if this is the kind of service delivery you offer your clients.
