I bought a lizzard top from Leadermans in Oudtshoorn after I have worn it once the material came loose. I keppt my original slip and took it back to the store only to get an attitude from the lady in charge that she will send it to LIZZY and dont know when this will be attended too. Now its 3 weeks along the line and I have not heard anything from no one. IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT A BUYING CUSTOMER? From what I know Lizzy is a well now brand? Also I was told by the lady in the shop that the top was on special?? /Does this matter when you get a bad guality product. I am so frustated and dissapointed with the treatment I received. I REALLY HOPE THAT MY COMLAINT WILL BE ATTENDED TOO!!! PLEASE!!!
