The Jet way of handling customers

At 09H00 this morning (25 April 2013) my wife went to Jet Mall of the North to return some items that she bought on 22 April 2013. She was told by the staff that she cannot return it because it was sale items. She was further told that she must go sell the items herself as Jet will not take it back. After quite a scene the store reluctantly decided to take it back, but not without the staff telling my wife that she is now "" them. What the is that supposed to mean?! It is nothing short of insulting! Is this the kind of treatment that we can expect from Jet in the future?

Furthermore she bought a pair of boots that was marked down, but the price on the slip was different. She nearly paid double for them, but as all price tags were removed at the till, it is now impossible to prove and far as Jet Mall of the North is concerned, they don't want to discuss the matter. Who is who???

You can have sale after sale and you can spend millions on advertising to attract people to your stores, but with staff like the ones at Mall of the North, you will never reach the actual potential that your efforts intended.
