Look & Listen Group
I bought a CD months ago, still no feedback

I bought the above CD (Ratshega Shumba Ke Tau Tota le ya Kae) nearly 3 months in the store, after 3 weeks, I started coming to the store to me and they never did. The last two people I spoke to was Frederick and Eddie the store manager and neither one of the has got back to me, the all promise to find out from the head office.

I want to know how long will it take look and Listen to actually get my CD or a reply from their head office???
