Paid Account in full & money was still deducted

I paid my account in full in January, I asked for the account to be closed. In the new month more money was deducted from my account. I went to the Boksburg Branch the minute I saw the Money come off my account. I spoke to Evelyn, she was really helpful, she phoned head office to try rectify the problem, she sat on the line for approximately 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone, whoever she spoke to on the other side said they would refund the money that was taken from me. This has still not happened. I have been unimpressed from the minute I agreed to purchase from Russells, the advert said interest rates from 10%, I ended up paying 22.1%, there were hidden compulsory charges of R250 . Was told I would get a gift on delivery which I never received. I get harassed regularly to come into the store to buy more. Why was the money deducted from me after the account was paid in full? And not refunded? They will not discuss this with me or sort it out, even though it is my money.
Not impressed at all from start to finish.
