I bought a shoes for my mother on the 16 of November for her to wear it at the wedding last week Saturday. when I gave her the shoes that Saturday morning to go to the wedding only to find out that the shoes where both left sided :(. I couldn't not believe the disappointment I was in and so angry. I went to the store and ask for management that was on duties at the customer services. she came and I explain the situation and all she said was "sorry I will speak to the staff to be trained on this ' I was so thinking the reason I bought the shoes was so my mother could attend the wedding now she couldn't go anymore because the what edargs did. when I ask the manage what does she think of my petrol that I had to use driving here then she said okay we will give you 50% voucher on the shoes. the shoes was R279 but I was give R50 voucher . now really how much is 50% of R279?? I feel like I have wasted my money and time to go to edgars store cz clearly even the manager are not trained for this jobs. how can you tell me you are giving me 50% of R279 and when I go to the till it R50. I guess this manager was thinking am stupid. I am very are the services I recie
