Complained very wrongly. Must speak to the right people. They are a very fair company I apologise about my last report I should have gone higher up. Their wheels turn slowly but they are extremely efficient. Took my go pro in today, they kept it there to check out and see if it was in the same condition that they gave it to me and requested payment. They had arranged the courier service even before the payment was made. anyone wanting to buy a go pro or chopper to fly a go pro they are the company to deal with.
