Poor and Terrible service

kindly assist as I placed an order on the 21/11/2013 and to date no feed back on my order, this is poor and distgusting service, I truly regret trying to do business with a company that is so slow and not customer focused
I called the call centre and I received no joy
This is like such a joke, its like u guys has no sense of urgency I opened a retail acc faster than you guys
