Good Day
I have bought a new Bedroom suite in July 2013, and ever since I bought it, I have only experiencing problem. the cupboard doors cant close properly and its damaging the material. One of the mirrors had a crack in and was replace after almost 3 times it was reported. However, they promise to come and fetch the dressing table and replace it about 2 months ago, but still that has not happen. The Suite cost me almost R25 000 on credit and I'm not willing to pay any further because I cant pay such a lot of money for something I cant use.
I'm really disappointed in the poor service I'm currently getting. On Saturday, 23 Nov 2013 I report the problem again, it was promised again that someone will come out on Monday, 25 Nov 2013, and yet I'm still waiting. I WILL NOT PAY ANY FURTHER.
