Rude, Arrogant, Pompous, Obnoxious "Assistant"

Went to return a TV that broke down. Technician said it must be replaced or refunded. I bought over R45 000 worth of goods from Makro and had no problem at the counter. The issue was complicated because Makro for some reason can't refund money into cheque accounts. I had to get cash, this in itself being a serious safety risk. However my main problem occured when Pat Naidoo came to "Help" us because of the sum. First she ignored us for a long time while having a personal conversation with a friend. Then, she shouted and insulted me in the presence of others. She said I couldn't get the refund! She butted in my conversation with my husband and insinuated that I'm stupid. I don't think I would have become a Doctor if I was stupid! She raised her voice, degrading me in front of everyone, including possibly patients. I was so humiliated to be spoken to so rudely when I never raised my voice. I was polite at all times. This woman MUST be disciplined. We're loyal customers of Makro and don't deserve to be abused just because she had a bad day and needed to vent her rage at an innocent, tiny, defenceles young lady like me. I've never been so humiliated! Makro please do something!
