I log a call 29 October to Joe "repairs dept" on behalf of my MOM, regarding the fridge rubber that came off and can't use it as the water keeps flooding the place. I called Joe on numerous occasions to follow up to date not much, actually NOTHING, he advise someone came out last week () and will come back, no one was there to attend to this matter.
I fail to understand why does it take a month for something so small to be fixed, in terms of the agreement my mom has with you, seeing she is paying you monthly without any defaults, please be assure, should this matter not be fixed today, I'll take this matter further and come and drop off this fridge in front of your stores.
We tired of phoning with empty / false promises, I'm taking action... I want my monies worth, don't mess with me.
