I would like to report the Bad service i get from the JD Group and its Call Centre. I bought a Dinning Room Suite from the Russells Southgate in December 2011 i am a pensioner i pay my account every month on time. They call me early this year as there was a balance brought forward they i don't know where i explain them every time that i don't know where the balance come from they cant tell me one agent tells me it December another one tells me its January. i have all my payments receipt. They are now harassing me for payments and at the same time i must explain myself every time. I even told them now that they need to replace my dinning room suite as its broken. I am paying an insurance on this Good i mean why cant they replace my good with new once whats the use i pay an insurance on this staff.
