I laid a compliment with TFG last week about our account not being updated. I want to thank them for being so efficient, we were called, emailed and smsed about alternative methods and when we headed to the branch on Saturday to hand in our new forms, we had the best service from Jay-Lee.
It is nice to see a company that deals with complaints in such a matter that your whole attitude is reverted back to positive. Thank you
