I was gravely embarrassed by Deborah Mashigo for her action and Bad attitude.on the 23-09-2013 I bought Three Items and I was carrying a Carry- Bag. I informed her that I've got carry Bag but she still went ahead to charge me for carry Bag. On checking my change I realize that 46 cent has been charged. I immediately
inform her about an error she did not bother to maintain eye contact to look at me She completely ignore me
and informed her colleague to give me forty cent though she actually charge me forty six cents. When I bring that
to her attention she did not bother, she buzzed for next customer on the Queue and I never got my full change. I decide to leave the store without further challenging her mistake as I was with my Daughter. Please south_gate
management talk to your Staff about rudeness they display to customers and filthy attitude. I am still without my full change I wonder if I would ever get it.
