We bought a patio dining set and was told that stock was available in the warehouse. Later the afternoon we got phone call from the manager who told us that unfortunately the everything was sold and that he staff made a mistake when checking the stock. He was extremely apologetic and offered an immediate refund. We were very disappointed not getting what we paid for, but his excellent client service and the way he handled the refund made up for the mistake! Thanx guys for the good service.
