The Pro Shop rocks, Oakley not so much

Received a Pro Shop gift voucher for my birthday and wanted to replace the lenses on my Oakleys which had been scratched badly.

I visited the Pro Shop Woodmead where Patricia the floor assistant attended to me. She took my details and said she would let me know later that day if Oakley had stock, how much they would cost and how long it would take.

She called me back as promised and gave me the cost, and said that Oakley could have the lenses here within 7 days. I asked her to go ahead and order the lenses. Enter Oakley, from the date of order it was over 4 weeks before I got my lenses. This however did not stop Patricia from calling them and me, sometimes twice a week to give me an update. Eventually Oakley delivered the lenses yesterday.

Patricia organised a discount for me (without me asking) because of the time I waited, this allowed me to purchase an additional clothing item with the voucher. Extremely impressed with Patricia and the Pro Shop.
Oakley, you can learn from them on how to go the extra mile for your customers, especially ones that have 3 pairs of sunglasses, countless Oakley clothing items and 2 pairs of Oakley shoes.
