This is the third time that I have had to return to this specific Spar to return rotten meat/frozen fish. It is always the same, "we are truly sorry"!!! Do the Managers/staff of the store ever consider the inconvenience of having to return in peak hour traffic to return these items and then head off home AGAIN - or to go shop elsewhere to replace the soiled items for the evening dinner??? Clearly petrol prices and precious time are of absolute NO concern to them. Am I correct in saying that there is a "double your money back guarantee" on Spar Brands that are returned? This specific Spar has never even mentioned this, how convenenient. I find this absolutely unacceptable and have really just had enough of shocking service. We are paying unbelievable prices for these food items and the least we as consumers should be guaranteed of is fresh food.
