Another week has passed since my last query and to date I still haven't received any feedback regarding the Xbox remote control I haven't received.
This is ridiculous!!! How difficult can it be!!!
Every time I phone the customer service (0860262289) I get told they will find out from the warehouse and get back to me. I contacted them a few times and not once has anyone gotten back to me. The same is happening with the Edcon customer services and on your last mail it was stated that this matter will receive URGENT ASSISTANCE.
If this is your "urgent assistance":, it leaves much to be desired, since I haven't received any assistance "urgently" or "otherwise"
It is now 20 days since my first query. It did not take you 2 hours to take my money!!!
