Bad attitude over damaged goods

I am so tired of this bad service in SA and now I want to name and shame. I bought Pampers nappies for my 1 year old, usually I have no problem with their nappies but this batch was a disaster. My little one will wear the nappy for about an hour and then the jelly parts will fall out. I have tried it with a few nappies of the pack but still the same thing happens. I have contacted Pampers and they have collected the pack to observe, they have also asked me to send some used nappies, which I did. Yesterday I received a phone call from a very rude lady saying that they can't help us cause they can't test the unused nappies and the used nappies is also no proof and that we have let our baby use it for to long. I have asked her that I had to go and buy another brand and have lost money, her exact words were: "ma'am now that is your problem, not ours and we can't do anything for you." I will NEVER use Pampers ever again and I am disgusted with their attitude! When I told them I will take this further, I was informed that they are a large company and one customer won't make a difference!! WOW!!! Needless to say I am VIVID!!
