TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE

Took out an Ipad cell contract had to cancel as i was not happy with Makro/ Cell C not being able to provide proper support for a not very user friendly item. Cancelled on the 17th of December. I was promised by Shazia that this will be cancelled but i will be charged only the sim card fee which will be refunded. However i was later debited for the contract fee of which i had no use or access to as Makro had taken it back. now both service provider will not accept liability for my bank account being debited when i should not have been.
