I recently (two days ago) contacted Yuppiechef to inquire whether there is a procedure to return a Scanpan I bought as the non-stick coating of the pan was beginning to peel away.
Erin at Yuppiechef, immediately returned my mail and forwarded the necessary details to the manufacturer.
When I arrived at work this morning my new pan was waiting for me.
I am well impressed and wanted to congratulate the Yuppiechef team (and especially Erin) for the excellent service.
It is what will make me keep on coming back for those funky kitchen goodies
