Around two months ago I approached Management at PnP Claremont as the cat food I buy was out of stock. Colin duly took down my details and guaranteed me a call when he had resolved the issue (his system reflected the stock in the warehouse but not on the floor) I have, subsequently, made weekly inquiries and, as yet - no word and no stock - each time I land up with a different person who assures me THEY are the one that will follow up and yet, two months later I am still without a reply and the store is without stock. Its really frustrating as I buy more than 60 tins of the food each month and now I have to drive all over in an attempt to find it - Its the Nestle Fancy Feast Roasted Turkey flavour. I wish PnP would actually offer a service instead of merely lip-service. It is really frustrating.
