Final Invoice

I've been struggling for 2 weeks to get a Final Amount from Hi-fi corp. I "purchased" a fridge from the Boksburg branch early in January 2013 on account. I would like to settle the account as the interest and other fees are just too much. I have spoken to Elizabeth who has been very friendly and helpful, however I am still without this amount and would like to settle before my debit order runs on the first. I also don't agree with the cancellation fees of about R1000 and have asked for a breakdown which head office accounts could also not give me. I would also like to make sure that life insurance is therefore cancelled and would also like to cancel the extended warranty. Thank you
