Disappointing Sevice

Good day,

I ordered a Gobii tablet (order number 1000742412) on 13 November 2013 and I still have not received it. It was stated on your website that the order would be dispatched in 1 day (24 hours) and we are now on day 5. I called your office on Friday and was assured that someone would get back to me on Friday afternoon. This did not happen. I have spoken to your call centre today and they were less than helpful.

The expected delivery date has now changed to 20 November2013. This is completely unacceptable. No one at Kalahari seems to care that the promised delivery period was not honoured and my patience is wearing very thin.

I would like someone to tell me why my product has not been delivered and why I am getting the run around from all directions.
