I have been storing my goods at the above mentioned supplier from 2007, The agreement was I have to pay them 450 per month. From September 2011 and the whole of 2012 I did not pay because I had financial difficulties, I inform Linda of my problems and she was okay with that, she said to me I will pay the whole amount when I come to collect the rest of my stuff because I took some of the stuff that I wanted to use at the time. Sometime last year I called her to explain to her that I still had financial problems but as soon as I was fine financially I will hire a truck to collect my stuff and pay the oustanding fees for the storage
On the 14th of February 2013 I phoned Linda to try and arrange with her to debit me every for the money that I owed for the storage but then she informed that there was nothing for me in the storage, she said that she opened the storage, took out my goods and put in the shelter outside. I went to check what was going on and I found few of my stuff outside. I found my fried chips machine broken, my shelve broken and a stand for (foodwarmer) broken and the rest of my stuff I did not see (find).
