Expiry of Airtime Vouchers

Dear Sirs

I am sending this report of behalf of my grandmother (Ms Veronica Jonker). She has been buying airtime from PEP every month, whenever she recharges it says the pin does not exist.

1. First incident happened with a R60 Telkom voucher
2. Today it happended with a R25 Cell C airtime voucher.

When my granny went back to the stores and advised the cashiers about this problem, she was advised that the voucher has been already used.

My granny can me contacted on the provided telephone numbers.

I have seen that there are quite a lot of complaints about the Airtime Vouchers from PEP.

We await to hear from you as a matter of urgency.
