Problem with Guess bag

Bought a guess bag from Edgar's pavilion. Unfortunately I did not have
My slip and thought maybe they could pick it up from my account
But only to realize that I paid cash for it. They had a record of my
Other bag that I purchased before this which was three months ago
And the manager of the store refused to help me. I am someone that
Shops regularly at Edgar's. I buy all my bags at the store. I was disappointed
At his tone of voice and his reluctance to help me. My bag is curling all the
Way down. He spoke to the cashier like I could not understand him.i
Am now sitting with the a guess bag valued at 1300 and I cannot do anything about
It. They would not even look for the code and price so they can help me. It seems
The customer is no longer important to them. When u buy there is no problem
It is just when there is a problem then u find out were u stand.
