Charmeir Consultants

November 2012 I was retrenched. I had to cancel my medical aid and the services of Charmeir Consultants due to loss of income. Each month a debit order of R57.00 came off my bank account with a numeric reference. I assumed it was bank charges until the reference displayed as Charmeir Consultants in June 2013. I contacted Charlene the owner on the 02 July 2013. She required proof of the transaction. I went to my bank for a statement and emailed and highlighting the debit orders. Each time I make contact via email, I get an excuse: 16/07/13 - it takes 7 working days as the archived files need to be retracted and information confirmed in the file. 01/08/13 - It will be done today for 4 months (???). 06/08/13 - I am sorry, I have missed your name when I did the refunds, but will do today! 12/09/13 - There was a problem with the draft to the bank. I am so sorry. Will advise shortly. 02/10/13 - We have been so busy, I do apologize. Will do asap! 11/10/13 - We are very busy with end of year revisions. Pls confirm banking details? 15/10/13 - The monies have been transferred yesterday. I requested proof after a week and still nothing. I continually follow up but still no refund.
