Hi, I was looking for black formal shoes for work. I then found some Bradford shoes perfectly my style and thought this it -I am buying 3 pairs as decent price and exactly what I like (there were some styles coming out all over I did not like thus thought trend changing so bought all 3 in stock). The 1st pair tore off open just above the sole on my right foot after just over a month. I initially thought it unlucky (highly unlikely poor quality from Edgars) and then paid for some glue to fix up the sole. Then 3 weeks later the other shoe broke.
Was frustrated and assumed poor quality but not toooo annoyed with edgards yet. My 2nd pair lasted just short of two months - right foot sole cut right through the middle so was very unhappy in winter to have my sock soiled in water at work.
Went to Edgars and customer service not interested in replacing the shoes (althought I handed back with original shoeboxes and can see I bought it on the edgars cards).
My 3rd pair lasted just short of 3mnths-another tore in the sole. SHOCKING.
So EDgars-will you fix it or repay or ...?
