Empty promises

I bought the wrong size Adidas shoe and Elias who works there said there is a pair available in PTA, he took my number and said he will phone me the same day to confirm whether I could go and exchange them or not, its been 4 days now and still nothing, I tried to phone the branch about 10 times and the phone just rings, no one answers
