For the past year being shopping at Birch Acres Mr. Price and it is a to do shop their, service is way tooo BAD, I have too many bad experience, all of them bad attitude with the staff (not wanting to check price for me saying I must go and check them for myself, don't want me to go to fitting room and fit my kid saying is a special dress the is no need to fit it, went to the tills to pay and they always say is off line why don't they tell us when we are line up. the one that made me mad and I will never shop there this Friday I went and the time I want to pay Tshilidzi told me that the system is off line and asked if she can put the cloths save for me she spoke with the bad attitude and say I must ask her kindly and she will not be able to do so cause I didn't ask her and the way she spoke to the manager and call her that was disrespectful actually the whole staff disrespect the manager.
