For the last 3 weeks there have been no quarter chickens from your deli 5 times. Yesterday was no exception. I went there around midday and was told chicken would only be ready in over an hour. Then I bought an apple tar from the bakery and discovered the pastry was still raw. I told the manager about it and she didn't even offer to waive the cost of the new one I'd bought. Lastly, I spent around R100 last week around lunchtime in the store. The cashier remarked, with a raised eyebrow, "If this is what you spend on lunch I do not want to know what you spend on supper." Is it any of her business? She was there to ring up and pack up, not to have a personal opinion on my life! I am highly let down by the general service in that store!
