I handed my rayban sunglasses in at the clearwater branch, where they were purchased. The tinting on the glasses is coming off. They are still in their warranty period. I spoke to Princess, who confirmed that the store manager would be contacting me the very next day. Princess stated that the glasses would be replaced.
Nobody has contacted me. I contacted the branch and spoke to the manager, Sabelo, who confirmed that he would contact me "within the next 10 minutes". This never happened. I tried to call back, but the manager was on lunch and there was nobody who could assist me. I am in the service industry and this level of service is not acceptable to me.
