No delivery, no feedback!

I placed an order of couches in excess of R40, 000.00 in August. On 12 September I paid the balance after receiving an invoice from these people. I asked if it meant my order was finished, which was rather quick as it was only 2 weeks from placement of order. I received no response, should have seen this red flag!! Naively I still paid. I'm still waiting for my goods! For the past month I have been calling the office, James' (which seems to be disconnected now) and Roddie's numbers and till now I've never received a call from them, on the rare chances I got hold of Roddie, all I'd get are empty promises. I'm meeting with my legal advisor on Saturday, this is ridiculous!!! I'm beyond frustrated now. I hope n pray that I haven't lost my money to some here!
