I believe that everyone has been worried about the money which has been paid to Modafurn with no delivery of the couches as ordered. It has come to my attention today that Roddie and James hasn't been to the factory in two weeks, the Modafurn employees haven't been paid and there is nothing but an empty factory. I believe that by now they are long gone, with probably no chance of ever recovering our hard earned money. I am unfortunately not situated in Cape Town but in Secunda, Mpumalanga. Having said that, is there someone in Cape Town who is will to start legal proceedings where all of us can join in and split the costs. One by one we probably wont achieve anything but with greater numbers and a multiplied amount of money on the table, there might be a chance to recover some of it.
