I'm still awaiting response since I last logged in a complaint. A lady by the name of Christine called me and promised to call me back yesterday, she hasn't. We have received yet another statement with additional arrears. This is my last plea with HomeChoice, should this matter not be sorted soonest, I'm taking this to the Consumer Ombudsman and even further.
