On 2013/01/15 I've purchased a Gamo 4X32 WR Scope and a Gamo Plinking Target on the website: [URL Removed] I transferred the money on 2013/01/18 and sent a copy of that payment through to [Email Removed] Today is 2013/01/30 and tomorrow is my son's birthday. Unfortunately he will not have a birthday present due to the lack of service from this people.
On the website it states: "On working days orders are shipped within 3-24 hours. Delivery usually takes place within 24-72 hours. That works out to 1-3 working days. This depends on your location and order size. Small orders to main centres will be delivered next working day. larger orders to outlying more remote locations may take up to 3 working days. The average delivery time is under 2 working days. Orders placed before 11am leave the same day. "
I've contacted Debra numerous times regarding this order and everytime she promised to phone me back. It never happens. She promised that my parcel will be delivered to me before Wednesday and it never happened. I am still awaiting a tracking number from Debra.
I want my money back, today!!
