Although i am very happy with your product & gratefull for the competition that you guys ran nationally on the radio... the follow up after the competition has been ZERO!
I have made numerous phone calls to 5FM the radio station i phoned to win your competition, and they have had the same answer every time (APPLETIZER has given us no date on when to expect the prizes)
Contacting your call centre is also no use... 3 calls and no feedback from your Marketing Department.
It is sad that after such an amazing campaign that put your name and product on the forefront of listeners minds that you fail to deliver the prizes or feedback regarding the winners.
I hope to hear from you guys ASAP... and that we get our well deserved prizes deliverd so that we can start enjoying being winners.
