EMAIL ENQUIRY SENT TO BEACON - Since receiving the news of being a winner after atleast 50 stickers, I have filled the competition information form and sent it, since then I am still awaiting details of the prizes I won and have no joy in calling the call centre for help in this. I was aware at the time that the system was down and competition processing was slow.
I began to think that this competition was misleading and against competition rules, due to my disappointment in the competition and product, I may be forced to process a complaint with the consumer and competition boards if I still don't receive any satisfaction after sending this email.
I hope this matter is treated with importance and be compensated.
I am still a huge consumer of the beacon products and wouldn't want to have bad taste the next time I pick up a product.
Another disappointment like the others before me.
