I cannot begin to describe my anger. I went to purchase a few items at u-save in mofolo soweto as usual. wen i got to the till, there were only 2 cashiers operating and the queus were so long that I nearly left my grocery basket however i thought i should be patient and wait a bit... to my dismay, both cashiers decided to close their tills and said out loud that they are also human being and therefore they are going on a tea break... I am livid as this is not customer service at all!!! why cant there be more staff hired in order for them to relieve each other for tea breaks and lunches??? yes we understand they are human however can you imagine how many people walked out of that store because there was no one to assist?? i suggest then that u-save branch should close during lunch and tea with a HUGE SIGN at the door that STAFF IS ON TEA/LUNCH, PLEASE RETURN AFTER 1HOUR!!! This is the most pathetic thing i have ever seen in my life and i am as sure as death going to tell the world not to support that ridiculous spaza shop of a branch!!!
