We bought a R10k bed from them with a 15 year warranty. After only 2 years there are signs of a collapse in the core springs.
Our first complaint was s year ago - "We will come back to you" - nothing! Again a few months ago, promised to come back to us - nothing!
Complained again a week ago - were told that the " Bed Inspector" would be contacting us - still nothing.
In hindsight there are more reputable bed retailers and we are sorry that we fell for the no frills Dial a Bed. Definitely no frills in after sales.
