This is a half baked compliment for which you don't have an icon CityMob or Superbalist a rose by any other name would still make me very wary of doing business with this company again, in spite of their trendy offerings. In October I purchased a hairdryer from Citymob which turned out to be defective. It took almost 2 weeks for them to arrange for it to be collected it and it probably would not have happened had I not bombarded them with a daily barrage of tweets. I eventually received an email from Jenna Riva and direct messages from Superbalist on Twitter promising to refund me. Judging by other customer's experiences I am one of the lucky ones. I hope Superbalist gets its act together and improves on Citymob's seemingly fabulous concept because while the merchandise always looks so enticing the reality is the quality and the execution (delivery & supply) isn't always able to keep pace
