3 YR OLD DEFY WITH RUST AND BROKEN DOOR SEAL

I connected with DEFY 2 weeks ago (via Facebook) and shared my complaint that my Defy I purchased a Energy efficient Eco Frost fridge approx DFC384 Model C360M in December 2010/January 2011 - My fridge is not yet 3 years old and there is rust on the base of the top door and the seal on the top door has split? I would like to know is this covered by my DEFY Guarantee, surely a product that is 3 years old should not do this. I received a reply that I need to contact Regional Manager, which I did on 24 Oct. They replied with the details of REGIONAL SALES OFFICE, Phone: (021) 526-3000 / DEFY SERVICE CENTRE Phone: (021) 526-3000 . THREE Calls to 021 526 3000, asked to enter 1 to Log a new service call, did this, line rang, and rang, and rang, eventually someone picked up and I heard voices and the phone was then put down. THIS HAPPENED TWICE! Third time I opted to hold for the Operator - WAS TOLD the Dept is so busy they cannot put me through!!! AT 9AM IN THE MORNING??? I have left my details! Lets see how long it takes before I get a call back. Service = P A T H E T I C. TODAY IS 5 November and I am still waiting. TICK TOCK TICK TOCK
