Had terrible service overrall from various branches, typed a long email explaining the situation and yet no response.
Please can i have a contact persons details so i can send my complain.
1st incident lost my card wanted to purchase goods to the value of R3000 and store wouldn't issue temporary card - lost sales but issue if you a new customer how does that work?
2nd incident no stock of certain promo itmes wanted a differen't option - no help no sorry no rain check voucher offered just no assistance.
not happy with this service!!
